I am in the same boat Applied 140/485 on sept 20th ND for 140 and 485 is 09/20/2002 Havent heard anything so far........ The 485 theory also doesnt work for me since I see approvals for oct 485 ND, but mine is in sept for 485.

My friend applied for Labor and is still under processing. Can he go out of the country for another project working for the same company and still apply for 140 and 485 from outside us? Appreciate any reply. Thanks

Same situation here Both my I140 and 485 have a ND of 09/20/02. Not sure what has happened to my case.

Still waiting from sept My ND is Sept 20 2002. EB3 concurrent filling on the same date.

NO 94 with AP I just travelled to India and came back on AP since I dont have H1 stamped on my passport. I did not get any I 94 when I entered the States with AP. Hope this helps.
