Checked my case online this morning and it has been approved on August 26th.

Concurently filed:
I-140 ND Sept-21-2002
I-485 ND Sept-21-2002


NO RFE's....

need clarificatoin

i just heard from boston regional DOL that my labor cert was approved and now i am ready to move onto 140 and 485. 2 quick questions:

1. - what is this DOT 999.XXX-YYY number they gave me? what does it mean?

2. should i file concurrently or separately. i am a canadian mgmt consultant with mba at big firm. thx

I think it is just the 140 approval. Not 485.

Sep 2002 - Aug 2003 -- 485 approval would be cool.

Infg20 and SSDoc,

Sorry, Did'nt mean to undermine the progress by "just the 140 approval". It's definetly challenging.
