Anyone with officer #304 ?
BCIS acknowledged my RFE response on 8/17/04. I don't know how long I need to wait.

I submitted my AP in Jan. this year. After that, I moved to Maryland from Kentucky. As suggested in this forum, I both called and wrote to INS to inform address change. I also received the confirmation letter from INS.
Last week I received my approved AP. Surpringly that letter was originally...
The same boat with you!
My 2nd EAD was approved from 5/28/04 to 5/27/05, but my wife's is from 2/28/04 - 2/27/05, although I submitted our applications in the same package. Maybe it is due to that I am the primary applicant and my wife is derivative?
Hi, tammy2. I had a concurrent-filing I-140/485, and did not have a A# at that time. But I got a A# when I received EAD. Do you think the A# in EAD is applicable to AR11?

I called FBI just now, was told that my FP results had been sent back to NSC. It was kind of wierd because I sent my I-140/I-485 application to TSC. Maybe it is a sign that some I-485 cases were moved from TSC to NSC.

I am now working in the department of mechanical engineering in one university and got my H1B approved recently. But from the next month, I will work in the medical imaging center in the same university. The job title is the same (Post-doctoral Fellow), and salary in the new department will be...
