I have advance parole valid till Apr 29, 2004 & WAC-02-098-XXXXX, RD Jan 29, 2002. My fingerprints're valid till Jan 21, 2004. Is it wise to plan a vacation (sometime in Dec.) to India at this juncture?

Hello, Can I attach expired I-94 copy with my EAD renewal application - will it create any problems? Do I have to attach copy of AP 'coz I-94 has expired?
