From looking at the consolidated spreadsheets, it seems like TSC is concentrating primarily on 2001 I485's but within those, it seems to be processing by FP date and it seems that it is now looking at FP's in March/April'03 timeframe. Of course, that's just a hypothesis and I am sure there...

approved nd 04-033 I was just checking my status online and found that my 3rd EAD (ND-11/17/2004) has been approved. I had filed the paper version and I haven't heard anything from my attorney about the approval notice yet.
