E-mail says name check has been completed on October 23, 2004. We submitted our 2nd FP's back in Dec. 2003.

It states that the FBI completed a record check (in October) and the results were forwarded to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

We are in same situation. Mine and child's case got aproved July 7, wife's case still pending.

After almost 3 years of waiting for AOS has been approved on July 7 (mine and child, spouse case is still pending). Received e-mail notifications on July 7 and on July 9 received courtesy copy of approval notices. EB3 case. Changed job 2 times (switched > 180 days after I485 receipt)...

I guess that "allow sufficient time" means only that two and half years was not sufficient for them... :mad: I have been notified by my lawyer that my case is with officer back in April. Still waiting...
