Anyone with secondary applicant waiting for approval?

I am the primary applicant and I got my 485 approved on 08/17. Secondary application was submitted approximately 1 month after the primary application. 2nd FPs were done together. After 2nd FP, the LUDs changed together. However, the secondary applicant is still not approved. Any help would be appreciated.

Same case here. I am the primary applicant and got approved on 08/26. Still waiting for approval of wife's application. LUD is 8/24. Applications submitted together and FP done together.

Same here. I got approved on 08/11 and my spouse is still waiting for her approval.
We applied at the same time adn did FP at the same time.

Secondary or derivative may get approved soon. Keep your fingers crossed. Good luck!
 
My wife's case is also pending.

My wife's case is still pending. Filed in Apr 2002 after 1mth of primary filing, primary approved. My wife called up 2 times and once got a response saying "it's in adjudication process. Pl give enough time to process this case". God knows what it means.

my wife (02-114-XXXXX) havent even recd 2nd FP notice..

have tried almost everything.. myself got approved on 8/17
 
my wife's case LUD changed on Sep 20 and it says the same

message "on Sep 20, we responded to your request for more info on your case". don't know how many times they keep saying this same thing. Didn't receive any postal mail or email.

Any of your case approved or LUD changed?.

i got a reply from USCIS for the enquiry done about a month back

it says "please allow approx 180 days for completion before submitting additional inquiries". This is dependent case and God knows .

Did not get 2nd FP notice for secondary.. after RFE

the web status says it will take 660 days after receiving the response to RFE

my case :

primary approved on 16 June 2004
Secondary : got an RFE
USCIS received reply : 16 SEP 2004

Did not get 2nd FP notice for her..

I got similar letter about my wife case, which is still pending while mine approved back in July 7, 2004.

As expected my wife had received medical RFE. TB test was pending as she was pragnant at the time of filing. Now she has tested negative(at INS doctor). Earlier she tested positive(at OB doctor) and hence did not follow up for skin test with INS doctor. Thought it would be positive again. Don't know if different doctors have different criteria or if the skin test can generate different results when they are done at a gap of 1 year.

Tetanus was pending. INS did not ask for it. Just to prevent another RFE, she got this vaccincation done this time.

Let's see how it goes.
