Anybody received response from FBI name check

Did anybody receive response from FBI name check recently? I sent email and faxed 1 month ago. No reply at all.

Nope. 1 Fax + 2 e-mails (fax over 5 weeks ago). Nothing at all.

No response to phone calls (2 months), fax(1 month) and email message(15 days).

on Sep. 16, 2004 to FBI to check the status of the case for my spouse.

What was the reply?

It states that the FBI completed a record
check (in October) and the results were forwarded to the
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

E-mail says name check has been completed on October 23, 2004. We submitted our 2nd FP's back in Dec. 2003.

Congratulations. Call the emergency CSC phone number (either now or wait maybe 10 days) and check that CIS has the clearance in their computers.

Name Check

All,

Name check has nothing to do with FP.
They are 2 separate entities.

1)FP'S are compared against a database of known criminals


2)First name,last name,date of birth (any combination is ran depending on the hit)
is run by the FBI specialist against FBI database(consolidation of several servers data).
