I won't be of too much help, but my wife has the same situation. She is out of the US now and was expecting to come back in 90 days. But she is basically stuck there. Her receipt date is 1/17/2003 and no sign of approval yet. Her case is at NSC and the website says 320 - 355 days for AP...

What does IIO stand for? I called the national service center, but she was not very helpful. She just read the website description of what my case status was. Is there any other number you can call to get more detail information a case. My case is an AP renewal application at NSC. Thanks

Here is my story. My receipt date for AP is 1/17/2003. So far I'm still waiting for the approval. Really frustrated about this. Initially the receipt said 90 days, but that estimation has dramatically changed. I'm mentally getting ready for the worst case of 320+ days of waiting.

Looks like I luckily already received my EAD without an RFE. My RD was 1/17/2003 and received the EAD cards on 5/9/2003. Thanks Masud

My advance parole receipt date is 1/17/2003. It has been 122 days and I have not received the approval yet. My application is being processed at Nebrask Service Center. The INS site says, it is taking between 320 and 355 days for AP. Is there anybody who received the AP approval letter...
