We should forget about RD/NDs now.
By the present trend, it's better to make a FP plus 15th month guess - Time line for a RFE to pop up.
It will be interesting to see what happens in June. Since considerable Dec/Jan/Feb filers have FP done in March.

What does IIO stand for? I called the national service center, but she was not very helpful. She just read the website description of what my case status was. Is there any other number you can call to get more detail information a case. My case is an AP renewal application at NSC.
