DOL's Site updated The DOLs website is updated for February. No change for Michigan/Chicago. Still stuck in Dec '02 / Oct '03. If I ever have a kid in USA, I am going to encourage him to be President and then force Congress to change the immigration laws!!!

K-Visa May be you can get her girl to US on K-Visa (Fiancee Visa) and then get married. That way the wife can stay in US till she gets the green-card in 5 years. I think the K-Visa is only open for citizens and not green-card holders.

DOL Site Not Updated It is the 20th of the current month, and the DOL site is still not updated. Michigan is stuck at Dec 2002 since last month. It usually is 1 month ahead of the current month. I am wondering if this is "normal" to slow down in december due to holidays ?

Is this Chicago Federal Date True? Just checked http://workforcesecurity.doleta.gov/foreign/times.asp It says that Chicago regional office is processing applications received in OCT 2002 !!! Last time I checked it was somewhere June 2003 ! What happened? or I am getting something wrong...
