Hi,

My labor certification should be cleared by Feb 2004. I am in middle of a divorce with mutual consent which will be finalized by June or July 2004. Now if I want get married again with a girl from India, I had a few questions as below. I greatly appreciate any help that you can provide. Due to job reasons I cannot take the I-485 route, and CP is what my employer wants to do.

1. What is the last stage when I can add her name to my green-card application?

2. Can I add her name after I-140 is approved? or do I have to add her name before filing of I-140?

3. If I get married after filing of I-140, can she still come to the US on H-4 visa?

4. Can I delay the filing of I-140 till I get married around August or September 2004?

You can add her name before the CP interview.

Yes u can add her name after I 140 is approved
