Hi all, I have completed my 5 years GC and preparing to file application for citizenship. My case: I got the GC through my original employer and changed jobs after 1 month to client. Would I have any problems at the interview, any one in the similar scenraio got thier citizenship...

The reason I'm asking here is, when he contacted the new comapny attorney, the attorney said 'he was out of status' for that period. Is that true?

The ideal solution is to get the Visa stamped until 2008 in India and come back.

Friends, We'll be visiting Niagara Falls (Canada side) soon. I guess we (GC holders) do not need Visa to cross the boarder. But our parents who have Visiter's visa, might need a Visa, am I correct? If so, where should I take it and how long it takes. Can I just get the canada visiting visa...

Not to argue with you, but here the GC in question is 'Employment based', not 'Family based' and the 'intent' is 'Employment', not 'Marriage'. So obviously, 'Spouse' doesn't come in to picture.
