Folks, I checked the AVM this morning and there is a NOF issued on my application. My attorney is yet to receive the notice.

The AVM is up now. Anybody hear of any new approvals from the latest AVM update. I checked mine and it still is in 'Received' status.

There is no response in the AVM today. May be it is being updated...

No updates from me. Waiting anxiously! I am only checking the AVM.

The AVM is up now and no change yet in my Status. My friend's case with the receipt date same as mine got certified in April.

My petition was transferred from GA state to ATL DOL on 3/20/03. As per AVM, there are two cases received on 3/24/03 at ATL DOL from my company. One of the cases got certified with last update date of 4/27/04 and I am not sure if it is mine. I am trying to find out from my attorney and till...

My Attorney did not receive any receipt notice from ATL DOL. They received a notice from GA DOL informing my case was transferred to ATL DOL. Based on the transferred date in that notice, I guessed the receipt date at ATL DOL.
