Your priority date is now current as per June 2007 Visa Bulletin( June 15.2005 for Philippines). You may apply for I-485 adjustment of status in June. If I were you I would look for another lawyer. Cases under this convicted lawyer might be in very close scrutiny by USCIS. Just my thought.

My friend's LC was approved. These are the info I got. RIR CA EB3 PD 09-12-2002 Approval date: April 25,2006 Approval letter received May 05,2006 I was not able to get her P-case no.

Your P-XXXX or D-XXXX no. will come with the " 45 day-letter" Please check with your lawyer to follow up why you have not receive your 45 day letter.
