Just want to report back that TSC mailed out the approved notice today. The receipt date is 12/12/06. On 12/26 TSC mailed out a RFE asking for an original document (my lawyer had sent the copy). It is regular processing for EB3.

Depends. They can either give you a 5-year visa or 3-month visa. I did 1.5 years ago - just told them my current situation and that I will go to Australia permently. I think it took 1-2 months to get their decision.

Thanks! I think that's PBEC's mistake. I checked everything before the forms went out so it should be right at the orignial forms.
