How long does it take for the letter to arrive these days ? I was approved on May 1st and have not got the letter yet.

Well, my call was to seek clarification if everything was ok in my case. I have seen other postings in this forum which mentioned that some papers were pulled out of storage or something to that effect , because of the call. So calling has actually helped in those cases.

Spoke to IIO today about my case status. She checked to see if I140 approval was there and fingerprint results were there. Then she said - we are processing November cases so wait for about 30 days and keep checking online. EB-2 RD-11/08/2001

after the freeze was lifted we have only been seeing Sep and Oct approvals, I haven't come across any RFE's issued on this forum after the freeze was lifted. Dunno what the INS guys are planning to do.....
