OCT has crossed 50% on rupnet, I think we should see some Nov approvals this week.

why

INS is slowing down, this is my observation and was my guess before. Now INS is waiting for something (TPS). You should always expect delays because INS is not accountable.

Though the murthy site says Vermont should be finishing TPS approvals by Jan 21 , it doesn't seem to be the case.
