10 Days My I-485 RFE was issued on 1/24/2003. But the lawyer did not receive it till 2/03/2003. But my lawyer is in NY. So it took 10 days from Nebraska to NY. Though it depends on where your lawyer is, I think it will take any where between a week and 10 days. My 2 cents, vkpotti
