RFE - Clarifications

The On-line says, on Feb 18, INS has sent RFE for me and my daughter (minor). Is It sent to Attorney or me ? Who replies - attorney or me ?

rfe is usually sent to your lawyer lawyer has to reply for the rfe

Who gets

Does INS send RFE copy to the applicant ? or we have to run after the attorney. ?

ins does not send any copy to u . they send the rfe to the lawyer . L awyer will tell u what the rfe is about. u can get information only from the lawyer.

In my case, the RFE took 10 days to reach my Lawyer who is in New York.
