RFE questions

Please help me, o wisest!

1) How long it will take for the RFE information to travel between the date posted in AVM and somebody receve the papers;

2) Will INS sent the courtesy copy to the petitioner , or, just one copy to the legal representative.
 
first rfe would be recieved by the ins with in a week ur lawyer mailed it

second u donot get any copy of the rfe ur lawyer gets the copy and she would inform u what the rfe is about

Actually, in the first question i was trying to get the idea how long the papers will travel from INS to layer.
 
10 Days

My I-485 RFE was issued on 1/24/2003. But the lawyer did not receive it till 2/03/2003. But my lawyer is in NY. So it took 10 days from Nebraska to NY. Though it depends on where your lawyer is, I think it will take any where between a week and 10 days.

for me the rfe was recieved by my lawyer with a week she replied it after two weeks . my rfe was about employment.
