Umayal, Thanks for your quick response. Mine was also concurrent filing. I responded to RFE on Oct. 02 itself but still no response....got my Advance Parole & EAD approved in 2/03 & 3/03 respectively...I140 is still pending.... Umayal did u get ur AP & EAD approved ? if yes when was it...

Purav99, I did my FP on Feb 10th....my AP got approved on Feb.24th....EAD got approved on March 4th... I guess mine will give you enough explanation....all u need is PATIENCE...

Eternity, I know its a common RFE but its been 4 months since I responded to the RFE but thier is no approval yet whereas many says that after sending response for RFE I should get the approval in less than 3 weeks time...that worries me a lot....donno how long I should wait more...

Yep Ravi2168 it is VSC case......I waited for nearly 8 weeks to get my the notices..... Would u beleive if I say that am waiting for approval of my I140 for nearly a yr. I140 filed on March 3/2002 Got RFE on Oct 102002 Replied on Oct 15/2002 Still no approval or deniel of I140 RFE...

RD Oct 18/2002 ND Dec 15/2002 FP done on Feb 7th Waiting for EAD / AP
