Do not get tensed... GC Approval is based on pure luck rather than anything else.. It defies logic.. And perhaps the person who comes out with the closest possible answer for GC approvals will be recommended for the Nobel PEace prize by INS itself...
AS far as your question -- On what basis GC gets approved...is it Notification Date or Receipt Date or Piriority Date ?
It should be Recepit Date but INS always considers Notice Date as the basis ( even though they have never stood by that criteria also). Prioirity Date is a different story altogether. Your labour Certification priority date has to match the I-485 date for your case to be finally approved!!!!!!!
So, please dont get stressed..... No use at all...
