    Rec.-08/02/02 EAD-10/03/02 Still waiting. My lawyer said, that it takes 12-14 m. (1 year) to get my green card thru my spouse. If you filed your petition thru a family member, it doesn't matter for anyone, incl. INS do you work or nor and how often you changing your work places. Good luck:)
