Not correct. You are allowed in but are subject to removal proceedings. This is what the parole document says. B

Seems like it is safe Spoke to my attorney. She said it is a government issued document guaranteeing re-entry without affecting your adj of status and thus is very safe. Re-entry can however be denied if there is evidence of any fraud, criminal intent or other malafide issues. B

Does it guarantee re-entry? have you heard of any re-entry refusals for people with a valid AP? Would appreciate comments B

Waiting for daughter's approval We received our approval on 3/18, but waiting for my daughter's approval. Her website says "FP received and pending review", 15 months after FBI sent them to INS. RD 5/24/01 ND 8/16/01 FP 2/03, 15 months have passed.

Stamping at Houston Is this the only way? I met some people who said people do not have to stand in the long queue for Green card stamping. Some I know walked in after lunch and got their passports stamped. Would appreciate comments. B

Jan FP Mine was Jan 03 FP. I did not contact any senator. There is no reason to panic. Having cleared ND till 7/13, they are now clearing dates after 7/13/01. B
