2001 Case, RFE, 2nd FP....

Received RFE June 15, 2004
Lawyers replied to it two weeks back.
Received 2nd notice for FP and got it done on the 9th of July.

My online status has not changed yet. What do I need to do at this point? I feel like I am hitting a wall now with no way to go..

Please guys advice me on what should be my next thing to do! Thanks.

I never got an RFE, but 7 wks after 2nd FP, I was approved. Did the usual - faxes (both general expedite requests and directly addressed to the officers the answered my inquiry), 800# inquiries & congressman contact. Hang on, approval is just round the corner.

Same situation

My daughter's case is in same situation. We did 2nd FP on 6th. Website says FP results are received and processing has resumed.

We should hear about approval very soon.

may i ask what is your daughter's age? Below 14 I thought they don't need FP?
