Do they allow you to appeal? I think your attorney can help you appeal.

Seattle local INS HI, I called Seattle INS local office and the lady told me it is fine that I can come to get AP. She said as long as I take all the required doc with me. I am trying to decide to go or not after reading Danber's story.

tosamir Hi, Did you give them the emergency reason that why you apply in local office? Or you need to show them some evidence. Otherwise, they may ask you why didn't you wait till NSC to approve your case. Your reply will be greatly appreciated!

receipt for EAD have you received your receipt for AP and I-485? When did you file your case? I only got receipt for AP and I was told I will never get receipt for I-485 and EAD.
