Any Feb-2003 filers still waiting?

I don't know what's going on. I see many approvals even for 10/2003 cases.

I-485 RD - 02/2003
ND - 04/2003
FP1 - 04/2003
FP2 - 11/2004

No updates from day one. I guess need to wait till the processing date becomes Feb'03 to initiate an inquiry.
 
Not Feb... but April 2003

3rd EAD and AP - approved April 2005
 
I am really surprised by the response. So there are only 2 cases(in our forum)
pending for Feb-April 2003?

I am also in the same boat. Initiated an inquiry . Got the same crapy answer that we are processing Jan 03 cases.

I am really getting frustated.

:mad: Had 3rd FP May 12 with biometrics, LUD changed on the next day, and haven't heard anything since.

I-485 RD: 2/10/03
Current NSC processing time is 7/1/03
Contacted senator 2 days ago, and did not receive anything yet.

I made an inquiry and was told my case is under security check. That was it. does that mean it is under name check? Please share your experiences! They are processing July 1, 2003 case now.
 
97755, how did you make inquiry and how long does that take to get reply?

97755, did you call NSC directly, or make the inquiry through Senator/congressman? How long did it take for you to get the reply?

I contact Senator 3 days ago, I did not get any confirmation of any kind. I also faxed FBI an FOIPA 3 days ago.

But I don't believe my case is stuck with "Name Check". Come on, I've made 3 fingerprints now, if there was a problem, it would flag red on the first fingerprint 2.5 years ago! :mad:
