    A Sign?

ohioApp, I completed my second fingerprinting in Jan 2004. The date change is most probably not because of that. From Pork's reply, it seems that our files are on the adjudicator's table ready to be looked at again. I am hoping to hear something in a week going by the trend.

If get approved while in India

I had the same question for my attorneys and they said that it shouldn't be a problem as you have a valid document (valid visa, AP) to enter the country. I believe, the folks at immigration are aware of such special case scenarios. Ask your friend to enjoy his vacation and get a reply by...

AR-11 Change of address; any of you saw thi

I got the same letter after 6 months even after I had sent my AR-11 forms in right earnest within the first few days of my address change. On checking with my attorney, I found that it is a standard practice for NSC to send such a letter and that you can ignore the AR-11 part if you had...

    More news about..... what else??

Yes, indeed. It seems that the FBI checks on names is the main bottle neck. Even the citizenship ceremonies have to wait for the fbi checks on names. The following nytimes news item mentions this. http://www.nytimes.com/2002/12/13/nyregion/13IMMI.html?8bhp
