Hi Can my friend respond to his RFE, by himself, instead of the lawyer. It looks like we have to just send the documents they have requested. Please suggest. :confused: :confused:

Dear All My friend has got an RFE, for an employment letter. His current salary is much less than that given in LCA, due to bad economy. But he has a job with the same employer and the employer is good. How should he handle this. The RFE also has requested for pay stubs.::confused:

Did you send the photos you had used for the 1st EAD Why an RFE, for photo. Did you use the same photo you used for the 1st EAD. Please respond!!! Also please indicate the receipt date for your EAD renew. Mine is Nov 5th, I have no news yet. Thanks Nisha
