I know how badly u r waiting for gc. Our RD is Sep 26th 2001 & our gc is approved on Jan 24th 2003. RFE on oct 22nd 2002. I too experienced the same as u does. I wish u both a sooner permanent residency!

If u r using ead to work u have to renew it. Better if u renew ead(In case of lay-offs u can use ead to work.

EAD Renewal Boston I don't know for sure which case & who wil b given ead on the same day, but we got our ead RENEWED on the same day in boston in the mid of nov. I don't know if this also applies for ead filing(fresh)

Hi We got rfe in I 485. Can we travel now? We used ead & ap. If we get approved while we r outside us, what will happen? Is there any risk? within how many days we should get our passport stamped? I appreciate any inputs Thanks
