Hi, I had sent my EAD renewal on 11/13/02 by overnight mail. INS has sent me receint on on 11/28/02 and ND 11/21/02. Check was encashed. So as of 11/21/02 INS Vermont is working. I will keep you posted when I receive my EAD. FYI.
