I am on an H1-Bwhich will expire next year. Therefore i wish to immigrate to Canada. I want to know how long one can stay away from Canada after the PR is issued. Also my labor certification is in progress here in the US. So will that be affected when I get a PR in Canada. Thank you, Diana Steve
