In a week it will be Christmas Holiday. I wish the computer system upgrading for name check will be done and we'll see some I485 approvals by Christmas. I can feel the disappointment from all people waiting for their approvals. I hate terroism. It affected almost everybody's life.

patienceGC How come you are so selfish? You don't need to wish. It's a fact that no October NY case got approved by now. I hope this fact will not exist any more soon. You are not in New York. So you will get approved any time.

Otherwise, I am afraid that November cases will start to move and October cases will be left aside. Remember that the approval rate has been very slow for September cases after October cases got started. INS should really finish earlier cases (either approval or rfe) before moving to late...

Hi, all As most of you noticed, in rupnet there are no approvals for October New York cases while most NJ cases got approved. What's going on? Could somebody call INS and ask them why? It's strange that Vermont center deals with different states differently. Good luck to everybody!
