Otherwise, I am afraid that November cases will start to move and October cases will be left aside. Remember that the approval rate has been very slow for September cases after October cases got started. INS should really finish earlier cases (either approval or rfe) before moving to late cases. We New Yorkers have suffered enough since Sep. 11. I wish we can have a fast, smooth GC approval. May god bless us!

How come you are so selfish? You don't need to wish. It's a fact that no October NY case got approved by now. I hope this fact will not exist any more soon. You are not in New York. So you will get approved any time.

There are three NY cases that have RFEs. So there has been activity while GA doesnt even have RFE but you dont see us wishing for Georgia approvals!

Please dont misuse WTC attacks as if they didnt cause suffering to anyone else. You are not the only one who felt the pain and anger!

I agree with you.
We New yorkers lag behind other states in process. I know it is not a fair world. But we should have at least the same chance as others. I believe our turn will come.

Wish you get your approval earlier!
