Quiet a Long Time My application was mailed to IL SESA on May 1st 2001, and received by DOL on 9/17, approved 01/04. My case number was just before the range you mentioned. But Iam sure they are moving very fast now. This painful wait is not ended yet, I am still in this forum for somemore...

congrats Pulo, how long do you think it will take for you in Chicago DOL. Are they going to treat your case as if they have received it on 10/12, or they go by your PD 06/05 which is already crossed the dates they are currently processing (07/something) ?? If it is by PD then it should not take...

chicago DOL If you dont specify your details/case# how would they send the status by employer phone number. Your employer might have filed for lot of other cases too.

Chicago DOL 312 353 1059 ?? How would the system know your particular case number, your employer might have applied for lot of other cases. I tried checking for it and it started giving the case numbers starting from Aug 1999 ?

Guys, Please post any recent EAD approvals in NSC. One of my friend went to a local INS office and got the EAD on the same day. As per the rules you have to apply for it by mail and wait for 90 days before you go. Confused ??

Waiting Thanks dipc, Unfortunately I dont have my LIN#,RD,ND etc. My company\'s attorney does not give this info to the candidates and he mailed out the application on Jan 22nd. Good Luck All !!
