If you dont specify your details/case# how would they send the status by employer phone number. Your employer might have filed for lot of other cases too.

What does the Receipt Date mean?

My lawyer says they mailed my application around May 21 to SESA. Does anybody know
how much time it\'ll take for the application to move to Chicago DOL. When can I expect to
know about the Receipt date? Is that from SESA or Chicago DOL?

I cann\'t tell you how long

The IL Sesa is still processing 4/30 cases. It has been processing those cases for a while now due to the 245(i). Hopefully, it will get through that wall at the end of this month.
My lawyer told me that once the 245(i) deadline is passed things will be much faster. Lets cross our finger and hope for the best.

in your message it said "Remand issued to Employer On 08/08/2001".
What does this Remand means? My case is also says Remand issued to employer. So I am worried about this. Do you have any idea?

Has anybody received hard copy of LC, which is approved after Aug 21st?
How long it takes to get the hard copy?

Hard copy not yet received

Mine is aug 28, but I haven\'t received hard copy.
Let me know if any of your have received hard copy from
chicago dol whose approval was during the last week of August.

I just received a mail from Chicago DOL that my application was certified with action taken on 9/19/01.
My RD: 6/21/01
RIR, EB2 category.

I am yet to get a hard copy of the certification from Chicago.
I received an email from Chicago DOL that my case was certified on 9/19.
