my RD was 7/31 and had an RFE , I still got approved 2 days ago. Also try calling a Congress man in your area. It really helps.
Also I know that they had Audits once a while , the last one was in first week of October. They backlog tends to get cleared up...
You don't mean approval do you ?
If you meant that the RFE was received by attorney in 3 days , that's not new . that's about the average. they say 10 - 14 days for padding.

I just called the IIO and she said that the RFE is still not assigned to an officer.
I guess there is no pattern to their work. If someone needs random data go to INS NSC :D :D :D

I am not sure if that's true. I guess most of the attorneys use Fedex. It may just be that you need to waive the signature confirmation since there is no one to receive it.
