Any July RD's with an RFE got approved

Hi Buddies,
Just want to track and see where NSC is with the cases of July RD's with an RFE issued. I saw Topenga with July RD and an RFE got approved.
RD 7/30/01
ND 9/10/01
RFE (Emp letter) sent to INS on 10/08/02
Waiting for approval.

Anybody with an approval please post here .

One of my friend whose RD is in July got an RFE for medical and he sent back the docs in sept last week.. and last week he got his approval. Just to give you a ball park idea that something is moving on July RFE's.
 
Received RFE. RD - 08/01/2001, ND - 09/14/2001

Received REF on 9/20/2002. Sent the reply on 10/7/2002. INS received it on 10/9/2002( as per online status).

Is it possible to transfer a case to a local INS office after issuing RFE for employment and BC ?

My wife didnt get any RFE. Her AVM message still says on march12 we recieved ur fingerprint and blah blah... Mine now says on Oct 18th we recieved ur rfe and will take 420 to 450 days'. Just waiting for approval.
Did u request them to resend the RFE letter and also did u check whether the address is correct. Also do u have ur name correct on the mailbox( u might have that correct still ). Since it is "Return service requested" , so if they dont find ur name in the mailbox it will be returned to INS.
 
When did your AVM update?

My company sent the RFE back too on the same date as you did. When did your AVM or online status got updated? Mine is still the same...RFE being sent. Did not update yet.

shrey we also did not receive my wife's RFE. My lawyer called INS and a second one was sent out which reached about 3 weeks after my RFE was received

Guys,
Me and My wife's I485 has been approved. I just checked the online status and it says on OCT 23rd the case has been approved both for me and my wife.

ND 09/10/2001
RFE received by INS 10/18/02 (For emp letter)
AD 10/23/02.
I couldnt beleive it would be so fast. Dont worry guys and have faith u will see approvals soon.

Can you tell me when is your AVM updated when they received your RFE? Mine is still the same....I hope I get my approval soon too....
 
My attorney sent the rfe on oct 14th and the AVM was updated on oct 18th saying on OCT 18th they received the rfe. I dont know whether luck played a part with me. Hang on u will get it buddy.

Hi Guys,
Finally I called IIO yesterday told her that I never received RFE. First she said that you never replied to your RFE so, you will have to reapply..She also said that your file is in a transit mode..its on its way to office. I told her that I have never received the RFE. Then I told her about my spouse's RFE. She checked and confirmed that reply was received last week. Then she said that may be you don't have a RFE. We have just marked your file as a RFE just to keep your's and your spouse files together. She said don't worry about your RFE. But surprisingly the message changed this morning from RFE to back to fingerprints. I am shocked and surprised!! I have been waiting for my RFE for a month now...and now they are telling me that I don't have one. Hope that they are telling the truth......Anybody in the same boat???

Did you or your lawyer called to inquire after the RFE is sent? I sent mine back on the 8 and it is still the same message....Pretty frustrating huh? Oh well....
 
Neither me or My attorney called INS to check whether the rfe was received. But I dont see any harm in enquiring with the IIO whether ur RFE has been received by them. I think u better call them and things will be clear.

Mine and my wife's I-485 got approved on OCT 23rd. RFE was received by INS on 10/18/02. Iam lucky enough to get approval within a week

I just called the IIO and she said that the RFE is still not assigned to an officer.

I guess there is no pattern to their work. If someone needs random data go to INS NSC :D :D :D

rfepanga, when is your avm updated for rfe received? mine is still in la-la land. i spoke to my lawyer and she said next time she calls she'll inquire! i hope mine is not lost!!
