abcd I think you should contact your attorney. Your wife and kids should have returned before the expiry of their APs. If not, I think, INS considers their I485s abandoned. You may have to apply I485s for them after you get your green card and wait till it is processed. I am sorry to say...

Hi, If you have attended school here in US, you'd have had your I-20, using which you may have entered US. So, contact your school to get the document(s). If not, then you should contact your attorney......... Hope this helps....

Ask them the earliest appointment available......I got my EAD in about two months......so, don't worry about it..... You'll get it before your card expires....

My wife had an RFE on online EAD, she submitted the evidence and the website updated on Oct. 30......does any one know how long it takes to get a decision. Her RFE was about I-140 approval letter, ND/RD was 8/03/2003..... any information is appreciated......

Did anybody receive AP notices after they were approved recently? My AP was approved on the 10th of March and still waiting for the notice. AVM and CSO updated on 28th. My AP ND is 12/23/02.

get interim for your wife if you want you can get an interim EAD for your wife at your local INS office if it is past 90 days and she hasn't got her EAD......and also for your FP question ...... you can go to the place and show them your case, they might do your FPs before your appt. date...

you're right my friend fp notice says so......he can go there on the date of appointment or any 7th day following thereafter......it seems they have changed the way the fp notices are being issued ...... the notice specifically says not to go before the date of appointment .....

hi venkat ........i don't think so it is not necessarily a month or more.........in some cases I know it is just two weeks from the date of notice to the appointment date......

the beneficiary in all cases gets the FP notice and the lawyer will get a courtesy copy........
