AP approval notice

Did anybody receive AP notices after they were approved recently? My AP was approved on the 10th of March and still waiting for the notice. AVM and CSO updated on 28th.

My AP ND is 12/23/02.
 
I got my AP renewed on March 20 and was mailed from TSC on Mar 24 and I got it on Mar 28. You should call them and find out because this is ridiculous.
