My case is approved and stamped on Oct 30. I will be moving to another Apt complex end of this month. Do I need to notify INS of this change to send the Card to new address? or Should I depend on Post office to redirect the Card to new Address?. Thanks in advance for the reply.

Talked to IIO around 10:00AM My case was assigned to IIO 3 weeks back. She confirmed. She is also wondering why it is taking so much time. She asked me to wait 30 more days before calling again. She checked my I-140 and said looked good. Keeping my fingers crossed. RD 9/24

Do they count checking AVM? Thanks for your responses. I didn't call IIO's many times. But checked AVM so many times.

I called IIO 2 weeks back. She said my case is in queue. Called again last friday she said assigned to officer on Thursday. I checked AVM around 30-40 times in the last 2 months. I called IIO 4 times in 485 stage. Do I need to worry about RFE because I called so many times? RD 9/21/2001 ND...
