Frustrating situation RD & ND in Aug00. LIN xx-244-xxxx, FP done in 03/01. Waiting for approval. I still do not understand, how our cases are not yet taken and NSC is approving Oct & Nov cases.

Has anyone called the FBI office for FP status..? Thanks for your feedback. I guess that all we have to do it wait.. Has anyone of you called the FBI office to check when the FP report was sent. Looks like NSC is too late for everything!

Is there anyone with RD Aug 00 and not approved yet. Please post. My PD is 03/98, RD is 08/00, ND is 08/00, FP done in 03/01 and no signs of approval yet. I called the NSC twice and each time I got a reply that case is not taken by an officer yet. Can you please post your experience..?

My RD is 2nd Aug 00, ND is 25th Aug. I called the NSC and she said that my case is not assigned to any officer. She refused to tell about my wife\'s case due to security reason. 4 weeks later I called again and a different lady said that the case will not be taken for next 60 days and after that...

If you research, you can estimate it.. Allan, if you read the messages posted, you can find that approvals for July RD/ND is in process. Aug 2000 just started and looking at the moves, you can estimate well about your ND being Dec 2000. Take atleast 6 months from now.

from what my lawyer said.. After filing I-485 there is no difference in processing time for E2 or E3 category and is same no matter what is yr category. Processing time only varies till I-140
