How long is it taking to get the approval notice? My AVM and Online status says that receipt was mailed out on 18th.. and haven't got it until today. am waiting... :-/

Don't forget copy of I-94 You also need to submit a copy of I-94 with the application and the top portion of the mailer in which you got your EAD. Don't worry, you should get EAD renewal in 3-4 weeks.

Magesh/Chicken65 The only INS form that any employee files is I-9. This form is not meant to be submitted to anyone but it's only for employer's records. I don't think there is any procedure about informing INS or anyone. I guess the only agency that might get informed is IRS at the least when...
