Receipt Date(RD) August 27,2002
Approval Date (AD) September 23,2002
EAD card received on September 25,2002.

Did you send your application to VSC or local INS office??

2 photos, 120$ check, prev copy of EAD card and I-485 receipt notice is all that needs to be sent .......right?

bthiag - did you apply the EAD renewal yourself or through the lawyer? Did you get the receipt notice or the lawyer?

I filed myself(mailed to VSC) and I received the Receipt Notice

1. 2 Photos which fits INS requirement
2. A check $120.00 for I-765 renewal fee.
3. Original Form I-797 D (from my last EAD)
4. I -765 Renewal Application
5. A copy of my last EAD(front and back)
6. A copy of Form I-94 Departure Record(front and back)
7. A copy of I-485 Receipt Notice
8. A copy of last I-765 Receipt Notice

My I-94 has already expired. I am working on EAD. Do I still have to send the I-94 copies?
