Complicated question

Remand to State changed to Received...
Hi Guys.
One case from my company which had been remanded to state is now showing up as Received again on the AVM. Other cases with dates close by to the first one though, are still saying Remanded to State.
Any idea?
This is a complicated situation.
My H1-B extension was applied in May. The original H1-B expired in June. Now I am getting a job offer that I would like to take up. My question is - is the new employer allowed to file for a H1 for me using Premium Processing even before the H1B extension...
I am currently employed with company A1. They have filed for my labor certification. I have the opportunity to take up a job offer which promises great experience for the next 1 year. If I join the new company on their H1 and in the meantime the LC is approved, can I re-join the older company...
Change Employers on H1 AND keep labor going
Is it possible to keep your labor certification going with current employer but join another employer for, say 1 year, and then coming back to first employer when labor is cleared?
