I checked on the website and heres what it says -
"...we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed."
Anybody gone through an RFE? Any guesses?
I had a NOF during my labor certification and I was told by my attorney that after a response to NOF has been submitted DOL is supposed to make a decision in 60 days. The status gets updated on AVM ususally in a week or so.
Good Luck.

As far as EAD is concerned, its not...
Thunderstruck,
Heres what I know about getting married while GC is in process:
1. If you file for AOS before you are married, and then marry within the
first 4 months of your AOS processing, you need to be sure you have and
keep a valid H-1B visa and status during that period.

Re: ucnair, thanks for your replay
micahel1008,
I am not sure about the exact time but usually it takes anywhere between 6 to 8 months. Its NOT neccessary that a NON RIR case would be adjudicated by that time.

In a non RIR case...

Re: SESA CASE Number
sv70,
I am not aware of a case number provided by SESA. As per my understanding case numbers are assigned by Regional office and not SESA.
