AP renewal in Local Office I got my wife's AP done from Local INS office in VA. I mailed all the documents using USPS certified mail and got the AP approval in 5 days back to me.. I am not sure about the EAD card but will surely be helpful to know as my EAD is due renewal in Dec.. Hope this...

Hi I had applied for my wife's AP to the local INS. We got the approval in 5 days.. It had 3 copies of documents 2 with photos and 1 without. Also the photos were original. I think probably it varies from location to location. Amit

AP Approved I appled for my wife's AP on Monday and got the approval on Friday.. Send the application to the local INS with the copy of the I485 reciept notice and photos and purpose of visit.. Amit SEND to local Office.. not to VSC..

FP Sorry I meant as long as you have the notice they dont care what ur actual scheduled date is. Amit

FP Before Due Date Hii My FP date was March 8th and I was going to India on Feb 22nd. I walked to the local INS FP office on 19th around 12 (lunch time) and got the finger printing done. As long as you do not have the notice they don't see your actual scheduled date. Hope that helps...
