how many times does the message change.. my message reads" initial processing for ur alien/green card has been completed, your BCIS document will be mailed to you as soon at it is ready" which is different from "your card has been ordered"... tt tt did u at any point see the message I see, or...

INS is trying to gain time, nuthing else,they just send out RFE's and gain 2-3 months to avoid the frantic calls and faxes... I dont think they actually go through the RFE replies, next u know they mite ask for a proof of ur existance...

in my case it seems true, talked to an IIO last week, talked to one yesterday, both said, "my EAD renewal application and I485 application are sitting with the same officer, they are trying to sync it up, they mite not renew the EAD and make some decision on the 485"... having heard it from 2...

silly fp was 29th march, ocation: oakland, from what I gathered they are working on 485s and have placed EAD's on hold... probably renewal of EAD's is triggering of processing of 485's just my guess....
