My attorney made a mistake by filing in non-RIR category. My PD is April 23, 2001. Any idea as to when NJ will process non-RIR LC filed on April 23, 01 ? thanks

NJ labor I call NJ SESA last week. I came to know that my attorney didn't file my case under RIR which she had been telling me so far. I got my case no. My PD is 4/27/01 under non RIR. They were processing 4/16/01 that time. Anyway calling did help as they told me that they are sending me...
